 – Oversees specific projects or committees.
Secretary– Manages meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.
 – Maintains records of organizational activities.
 – Handles official correspondence.
Treasurer– Oversees the organization’s finances, including budgeting and reporting.
 – Collects membership dues and manages expenditures.
 – Ensures compliance with financial regulations.
Membership Coordinator– Recruits new members and maintains membership databases.
 – Welcomes new members and ensures they are informed about resources and events.
 – Organizes member benefits and engagement initiatives.
Professional Development Coordinator– Plans and organizes workshops, seminars, and training events.
 – Identifies trends in education and suggests topics for professional development.
 – Coordinates with guest speakers and trainers.
Event Coordinator– Plans and oversees organizational events (e.g., conferences, appreciation events).
 – Manages logistics such as venue booking, scheduling, and promotion.
Public Relations Officer– Manages the organization’s social media, newsletter, and website.
 – Creates and distributes promotional materials.
 – Acts as the point of contact for media inquiries.
Advocacy Officer– Leads efforts to advocate for teachers’ rights and educational reforms.
 – Keeps members informed about policy changes and legislative updates.
 – Builds relationships with policymakers and education leaders.
Curriculum Specialist– Supports teachers with curriculum development and implementation.
 – Provides resources for innovative teaching practices.
 – Advises on aligning lessons with educational standards.
Diversity and Inclusion Officer– Promotes equity and diversity in all organizational activities.
 – Develops initiatives to support inclusive practices in classrooms.
 – Ensures representation of diverse perspectives within the organization.
Technology Coordinator– Advises members on integrating technology into teaching.
 – Organizes training on educational tools and platforms.
 – Manages the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Wellness Coordinator– Promotes teacher mental health and well-being.
 – Organizes activities like stress management workshops or wellness retreats.
 – Provides resources for self-care and work-life balance.
Advisory Board Member– Provides strategic advice and guidance to the executive team.
